June 05, 2008SNEAK PEEK: iPedals/GripsWe have begun taking pre-orders from our distributors for the above pedals and grips. We approved these samples a little while ago, and its going to be impossible to keep these on the low, so we are showing this stuff a bit earlier than we normally would. The pedals are the ubiquitous PC's, and the Grips are the Griswalds. You may remember seeing the Griswald grips from pics of Interbike last year, and they will finally be out soon. The iPedals and iGrips will be available within 2 months in the following clear colors: Blueberry Contact your local shop/mailorder if you want to get some on order. You can click on the pic to see it bigger. Comments

Apple=Sex Posted by: Dakins at June 6, 2008 05:05 AMwhen will the chase hawk grips be out? Posted by: mo at June 6, 2008 06:06 AMsextoys? Yay ! These look sooo cool ! Posted by: Pierrick at June 6, 2008 12:54 PMI really hope these are going to come with BLACK caps on the ends instead of mismatching them all with red caps... Posted by: brandon at June 6, 2008 12:54 PMyou guys should really consider making larger batches of these pedals in all colors to make it fair for the independent bike shop to get in on it. either that or limit the mail order companies on the amount they can order. i like supporting my local shop, but it becomes difficult when they can't even get in the black ones, yet i see every mail order company has them almost constantly in stock. Posted by: bikedog at June 6, 2008 01:19 PMaren't those jim c's grips? Posted by: belnapp at June 6, 2008 02:07 PMBrandon- The end caps will be white on these pedals. Bikedog- its true that getting the black PC's was difficult for a while, but there have been a good amount released to distributors over the past few months. Your local shop can always have product on backorder with whichever distro they use most. Theres been thousands of all the colors released this year. Posted by: S.Bros at June 11, 2008 10:40 AMCoooooooooooooooooL Posted by: Sasha at June 14, 2008 09:21 AMI' gonna get one of each color - those flat colors & trans ones. Currently I'm on my 8th pair - I always bend the axles even not going too heavy, but I only cracked once the modified body (I cut the big slots in it) & It cracked after 2 months of grinding with no pins & almost bearing cups visible. Why nobody bends their axles when I'm doing it soo easy (flat landings but nothing too heavy - no 2.5 drops to flats). However I still love them & they worth every penny. Odsy: I hear the opinion that new batches got stronger axles? It's true or not? I had a white ones & they also bend... Posted by: Erenes at June 22, 2008 10:58 PMneat. i'llget me some def. Posted by: aaron at June 25, 2008 08:35 AMHow soft is the rubber compound on the grips? It looks like that the compound would be harder than normal. Posted by: keith at June 29, 2008 08:31 PMSweet.
