cool first comment, i feel like all dose kids that sit on ere all d time, lol, neways, pylite tires look good, tires are an area that have been unconsidered for a long time,ju lets not go back to the days of blow outsas every day coz tyres get too thin, neways, stuff looks good, whats the deal with jim c's pedals tho, new odysseys or sundays, cheers buddys xxx Posted by: stupot at December 13, 2006 03:29 PMwhat's the suggested retailing price on the MDS? will the other guard be sold seperately? how much? thanks! Posted by: andy at December 13, 2006 03:43 PMthe guard sprocket will be around $46, and the seperate guard (sold seperately) will be around $30. Posted by: Nuno/Odyssey at December 13, 2006 04:27 PMWhat are the weights of the Plyte tires? Posted by: Vesa at December 13, 2006 04:50 PMyea whats going on whith the sunday peddels Posted by: strysyrsyuh at December 13, 2006 05:29 PMso did you guys fix the problem with the beta bag needing something in the lower compartment or it saggin REALLY REALLY BAD? Posted by: fabianV at December 13, 2006 08:13 PMyeah man, that shit with the bag is anoying. I have always thought they should just move the straps so the anchor above the bottom compartment. 30 dollars for a guard seems outrageous. I was real hyped about the MDS but I don't want to be paying 75+ dollars for it. Posted by: ERIK at December 14, 2006 12:41 PMI can't post my actual comment. That's no good. I just want to know if you are going to be making a 2.2 or lrger tire. Posted by: Carlsbadmike at December 14, 2006 01:57 PMproprietary process huh? ahaha, 30 bucks for the guard?! Sweet jebus! So are you guys going to post any recent bike checks cause jimmy le van's got me wanting some more. Maybe Matt B??? Posted by: belnapp at December 14, 2006 07:39 PMHow much do the plyte tyres weigh compared to the normal ones? Posted by: tom at December 14, 2006 08:39 PMYeah yeah yeah!! my beta does the EXACT same thing. ive had a pair of old shoes in that part for the past year wich solves it but the kind of defeats the purpose of that pocket...the new colour for the bag was in my local shops ody catalogue and apparently it wasnt buyable when i read it a month ago. doe this mean its availible now? Posted by: Ben at December 15, 2006 03:01 AMare u serious? the sprocket and the second gaurd are being sold seperate? thats ridiculous. I agree with ERIK, i was gonna order that as soon as u guys had it ready but now im not so sure... Posted by: dan at December 15, 2006 03:49 AMMake 8.25" rise civilian bars!!! Posted by: cm08 at December 15, 2006 06:19 AMoh yeah, are those tires going to be the same sizes as the originals? Posted by: cm08 at December 15, 2006 06:21 AM"proprietary process huh? ahaha, Not everybody wants the full coverage on BOTH sides of the chain, so you can get the sprocket with one side permanantly attached. The extra coverage is optional. Think it costs too much? It is more machining and work than two sprockets. Some people aren't happy unless its free. It is called the Million Dollar sprocket... Current Plyte tires come in the same sizes.(exept that new one we are working on) We do make 8.25 Lumberjacks bars Posted by: Jim B at December 15, 2006 09:52 AMi think i´m the third to ask but as there hasnt been a responce yet: whats the weight of the tires? Posted by: alex at December 15, 2006 09:54 AMyo jim is this proprietary process going to remain secret, like the thermal process, or eventually be copied by every company that makes tires? also, you guys should think about ceramic bearings as an upgrade option. i also read that both hard and regular anodising creates stress on the material and causes cracking. if that's true how bad is that on rims? for everyone bitching about the MDS and it's price, if you remember during the prototype stages, they said it cost a lot of money just to get samples, let alone how much time it took to get everything perfect. the price shouldn't come at a shock. for a matt beringer bike check go to ridebmx.com and find it. It's there and it's only like a week old or so. Posted by: bikedog at December 15, 2006 01:56 PM"we do make 8.25 Lumberjack Bars" when will these be available.....i'm itchy as! Posted by: AJ at December 15, 2006 02:33 PMhey there, plz tell whats goin on with the sunday pedals so whats the difference between the plyte precess and kevlar beeds? can they be conbined?
