Posted by: odsy lover at November 28, 2006 07:35 PM

Hello there. i really enjoi looking on this bike , it's the best i've seen since BT's last Bike Check. timeless classic style! the grey rims and the raw frame somehow match. the yellow cable bringing a bit of MX racing in it. Thank You

could those handlebars be any bigger? they look as if they are the size of the frame. how are them twisted pedals holding up?

Posted by: p0kertr0n at November 29, 2006 06:54 AM

thanks for all the compliments on my bike...and on the twisteds, i have had this pair for a while now. the best pedals ever!!!

Posted by: brandon turner at November 29, 2006 08:03 AM

hey there, are the twisted pedals the plastic ones, whats with this is it just for the lightness?cheers x

Posted by: stu wyllie at November 29, 2006 10:39 AM

Let's have a Jimmy Levan bike check now. ain't been one for ages!!!

Posted by: burt at November 29, 2006 11:51 AM

i found it funny he calls his hub the m7 but he only has hazard lites, WEIRD

Posted by: steven at November 30, 2006 12:20 PM

i agree with steven

Posted by: belnapp at November 30, 2006 04:57 PM

brandon doesn't ride for diamondback. go to their site, his name's not there. he did ride for them though, for like 3 years. that metal frame is tons better anyway.

Posted by: bikedog at November 30, 2006 05:12 PM

what i think is weird is that u care what the front hub is labled as......sorry man

Posted by: brandon turner at November 30, 2006 05:12 PM

Your chain's hanging low...tighten that sucka up!

Posted by: coopa at November 30, 2006 06:23 PM

hey this is way off topic and brand but does any fan of fit know when the fit "eddie dehart" slim styled seat come out? just dont get all pissed at me cus im talking about fit. odyssey rocks too

Posted by: whyucare at November 30, 2006 09:24 PM

o btw, hows that odyssey junior seat feel? is the senior seat any comfortabl"er"? thanks

Posted by: whyucare at November 30, 2006 09:27 PM

Still waiting on some of that scrabble board pattern like your bike....Come on Jim not even a limited run on some forks or a seat, something?Anything?

Posted by: Seth at December 1, 2006 06:18 AM

This has nothing to do with the bike check, even though it is one pretty little bike.

I was just wondering the 07 Flatland forks, are we going to see Zero Offset Directors?

Posted by: Jon at December 1, 2006 11:03 PM

weight specs?

Posted by: blab at December 2, 2006 11:20 AM

this is kinda off topic, but can you do the special anodizing on the duralectra rims in any other colors than black?

Posted by: belnapp at December 2, 2006 08:52 PM

VITALBMX.COM, brandon turner interview thingy. seems like a pretty good guy. holla.

Posted by: andrew at December 2, 2006 09:50 PM

i just saw the director forks. i like the classic pre-bending to actuate the offset of the drop outs, but i was curious, any plans for a zero offset of the same strength?

Posted by: butcher at December 4, 2006 05:10 AM

looks sweet, not 2 over the top like da bikes i seen latley

Posted by: lance at December 8, 2006 02:49 AM

SIC! but why twisted pedals and not cielencki's
are they better than the cielencki pedals
if so are they lighter?

Posted by: danny at December 9, 2006 07:50 PM

i'm guna buy one of those cables 2
(by bikes yellow so it sould match the paintr job)

plus I also want to know about how god the twisted pedals are compared with cielencki's

Posted by: lance at December 9, 2006 07:55 PM

the twisteds are just a personal preference. i have ridden them for years and i am just a creature of habit i suppose. they do feel a bit more grippy to me though, i think they have more pins if you are into that.....

Posted by: brandon turner at December 11, 2006 08:06 AM

How does the gray rim hold up to braking? Does the finish wear off like paint, or hold up nice like chrome?
