Posted by: me at October 20, 2006 11:02 AM

JC pedals are the "go-to" for most pros today.

We are always working on new things in almost every category.

Posted by: Jim B at October 20, 2006 11:11 AM

Does someone know something I don't know?

Posted by: jimcielencki at October 20, 2006 11:17 AM

This is JC's pedal, designed the way he wanted it.

If his needs for "grip" and "size" don't match up with yours, then get something else. There are a lot of pedals out now that were blatantly influenced by this one. The improvements that were made in materials and durability with this pedal clearly set new precedents.

The JC pedal was designed to be an affordable pedal that works for Jim's grinds and stalls. Its weight is justifiable.

Why do we still make them? We make them because we can't keep them in stock, and we make them because thousands of people (including our team) would be pissed off if we ever discontinued them.

To assume that we're not working on new products in every category is ridiculous.

Yeah man, I've had my Jim pedal's forever! and they grip like crazy, and I have the old long pin's on them!! All I do is buy some real good sneaker's with a grippy gum rubber sole that way I don't blame JimC. Because these pedal's are the best I've ever had!!!

Posted by: stlnbkr at October 20, 2006 10:47 PM

i've had my jim cs for over a year and they're gripping great havent even changed a pin in them plus they're the glow in the dark ones.

I dont understand how u cant bash the JC pedals? they awesome, ive ran JC pedals on my bike for over a year and there great perfect for pedal grinds and basically anyhitng u wanan do with them. I used to crack and bend every spindle on all my pedals, i even snapped a few in half, all except JC pedals. And if u dont like odysseys stuff why visit the website and post comments? go learn how to ride

Posted by: aiden at October 23, 2006 07:50 AM
