Gary and Aaron are on a trip to mess with Nyquists Unit. Jim, Scott, Gary and Aaron will all be at the Metro Jam. It was Adams birthday this weekend, he turned 19. Happy Bday ATB. James Menard is in Austin getting out of the Seattle weather and hanging with Chase. I think that is everything. I don't know anything else...No bike checks, so don't ask. I will post them as soon as I can get one.

Hey Jim B. My 41 crank bolt's keep coming loose and I've just about had it with that, and I did every thing, even the locktite but it only last's a couple of week's and then they come loose again. I even bought Ti spindle thinking that an upgrade would do the trick but no! So can you help me out here?

hey guys awsome job with the colors on the parts, everything looks amazing. I was wondering, since your camo has been matching the hats you put out, I was wondering if you were going to release an autumn camo hat. I have all of them so far and I have to say that autumn camo would look sick on the military hat. Awsome job with everything and the 2 new addittions to the team are awsome also

Peace

Usually a crank bolt comes loose because it is not engaging enough threads. You could be running too many spacers, or have the spindle bottomed out on one side, and not enough spindle on the other. Make sure after you have them tightened down you remove the bolts and you have the same amount of spindle inside each arm. RED loctite usually cures ANY bolt coming loose, that stuff is strong as hell. In additon, we do not make a Ti spindle, so you are running parts from another company, so I cannot validate the quality of that, or send a replacement. If you still cannot resolve the problem, send in the original spindle, and I will replace it. Good luck, I hope this helped.

We will not be doing an autumn camo hat. Sorry.

Hey Jim, sorry to ask you about this, but how much are those Wombolt cranks gonna be and will they come with a lifetime guarantee? Plus, will the camo race come with the guarantee?

P.S. Did you ever find out what foot Danny really rides with?

Posted by: c.dub at February 28, 2006 06:46 PM

You guys are kinda slow. I'm pretty sure adam is older than dirt. Ha. na. Marines are stoked now they can ride there bikes through battlezones undetected.

eww

Posted by: f at February 28, 2006 07:24 PM

seriously you need to put the original tree camo into production!!

Posted by: Jon at February 28, 2006 08:05 PM

Wombolts will be priced around other good chromoly cranks out there. While being lighter and stronger.

They will be 41 thermal, Like our forks and bars(camo included) so they have a lifetime guarantee.

Real Tree was Limited edition, so we wont be making it anymore.
Same with all camo/patterns/JC Limited colors/Jr saddle limited colorways/limited cable colors. Gotta get em while they are hot...

Hi Jim, In Wombolt cranks the wedge cluster prevents the crank arm go out, rigth? will be easy to quit the arm when I need ?? and last, I have a euro bb, odyssey will make a euro bb 22mm?? and the will be in stock in April, rigth¿?

Posted by: Leo at February 28, 2006 09:01 PM

hey,
so how is it going with the wombolts? When will they be available?
just wondering if you are going to come out with a new elementary for 2006?

Posted by: mark at February 28, 2006 11:51 PM

Wombolts are in Pre-Production. After we validate the latest production samples (in the next two weeks) they will go into full production. Shooting for late April.

The wedge cluster is the mechanism that keeps the cranks together. Really easy to install, and disassemble.

Elementary changes are not set in stone.
