January 13, 2006RIBCAGE UPDATEUnfortunately, we have bad news. For everyone that has been emailing, the first production batch of RIBCAGE rims that just arrived is not on par with the final samples that we received and that people are testing, so we're scrapping them all. These things happen from time to time and it's obviously frustrating for us, but we're not going to release them until the delivery meets our standards. Hopefully we will receive more within a month and half's time. we apologize for the delay. -Odyssey team Posted by Nuno O at January 13, 2006 09:34 PMComments

Posted by: Alberto at January 19, 2006 03:44 PMum ... mike aitken bike check? crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Posted by: taylor at January 21, 2006 01:16 AMhow about a digital camo fork and bars update. word on the street is that there is going to be a odyssey/porche race track team.... Posted by: 3MTA3/pokertron at January 24, 2006 08:25 PMwhats happening with the wombolts? Posted by: cankles at January 25, 2006 02:18 AMDigital Camo- Sorry the supplier is creeping along, but they are going to be ready in 10-14 days. Sorry about the wait. I am pissed about it also. Wombolts- We are getting a batch of the production run, so if they are good, we give the thumbs up to continue production. So thats good. Ribcage- Similar to a manufacturing defect like the 7K, but different because the 7K problem was in material, so we couldn't see that. The Ribcages has a visual mistake, so we caught it. They will remain the Ribcage because the first ones you see/ride will be perfect. Mike Aitken Bike Check requires me/my camera to be in the vacinity of Mikes bike. That means I have to go to Utah, he needs to come to California, or we have to meet in another area. Mike is supposed to come out to California with Matt in the next few weeks. That means You can have 2 bike checks! Please stop asking, i will do it as soon as I can. thank you JIM BAUER Posted by: Jim B at January 25, 2006 06:26 PMHey Jim B and co. As sad as i am about the delay im really glad your keeping such high standards. Expecially from G sport! Cheers AJ Posted by: A J Porte at January 25, 2006 06:53 PMthanks jim b. I just checked out this rim- it's so bad ass already, but it's great that you guys can pick out the flaws still, and you're not givin us all these shity parts just becuase it's easier... that's earning respect right there- keep it up!
