the spanish and mid are completely different. the mid is mede to fit STOCK 3/4 profile bearings and the spanich needs custom fly bearings. check out all the articles from gearge french (elementary designer, probly the smartest guy in bmx)'s tech columns on the g sport website

as always im a huge fan of mikey. i love the new setup the mid bb is really beacome more and more sommon these days in bmx and im happy about it. change is somewhats scary but good at the same time. anyway... i love the set up, im a huige fan of mikey and im really looking forward to seeing him at this years Toronto Metro Jam, just mikey being there will make the jam that much better. Can anyone explain the pros/cons of a cassette...I run a freewheel but I want a smaller gearing. Aitken runs that nice ass sprocket and I think I want that. Do you run into more problems with cassettes?
