My name is Reggie Payne with Muscle Marketing Group, here in Louisville, KY. My friend, Mick Haycraft told me about you. You have a tattoo that represents his late son Austin Haycraft, who died fighting cancer roughly 1 1/2 years ago.
The reason I’m contacting you is because I want to organize an event that will: commemorate Austin Haycraft, at the same time raise money for cancer research. Since you are from Louisville, KY I’m proposing we (Metal Bikes & Muscle Marketing Group) could host this annual event at Freedom Hall/ Fairgrounds or the New Yum Brand Arena in Downtown Louisville, KY.
The breakdown: We invite about 15-20 racers (2) All racers will wear the “Austin Superman Logo” on their jerseys (3) Single elimination, to maximize on time (4) $15.00 tickets and our goal is to attract about 25,000 spectators w/ a special incentive for cancer suffers.

I’m in the process of submitting a complete proposal to Mr. Haycraft. Once we have his approval my next step is to get in contact with you and take it from there.
