If the 3/8″ Ti bolts hold up that well, what’s the point in the 14mm rear axle? It does seem like the 3/8″ one would hold up for basically everyone.

Ooops, forgot the stem. Added.

Adapters work fine and are easily replaceable if by some fluke I mess them up. I have been running the same ones for over a year, damn, might be 2, and they are still as new as the day I put them in. I have also been running the Titanium G-Bolts for close to a year as well and they are still a straight as the day I put them in.

Like with any part when installed and maintained properly, they hold up and these have taken plenty of abuse. Like John said, I am not a small kid.

9T Ratchet Drivers, soon. Titanium I have no idea about, all of my stuff is pretty much one off custom. Ti is in the plans but still VERY expensive at this time.

Why the hell is he running Ti bolts with pegs? He’s not a small kid like some of us, that chain seems like a bad idea along with the bolts. I’m not really hard on pegs and I’d be sketched out by those bolts.

Also, wouldn’t having shoulders on the center axle for 14mm dropouts make a lot of sense? That way you don’t need adapters…
