i cant wait for the gum grips, chase hawk grips, 9t gsport driver, and ti upgrades!!!

  • hd ( June 11th, 2009 at 7:24 pm ):

why make the biggest hub on earth with an axle designed to save weight and look slim? there should truly be an entirely new hub if you plan to market that thing to pegless dudes.

  • Bailey ( June 11th, 2009 at 9:10 pm ):

    Living the Technicolour Dream…

Ben Ward is a product designer at Odyssey and according to them he’s “one of the main dudes behind our R&D”. If you take a look at his blog you’ll see that he’s not only working his dream job like a maniac, but he also lives and breathes bmx….

B-Dubbs always gettin shit done! And he’s pretty easy on the eyes too!

  • quentin ( June 12th, 2009 at 1:22 am ):

What’s the deal with the hub guard I know a few dudes at my shop who could use one of those.

  • bikedog ( June 12th, 2009 at 2:55 am ):

    no stem check?
we all know it’s the V3-elementary but do i see a titanium bolt, maybe magnesium wedges?

  • Adam Banton ( June 12th, 2009 at 7:41 am ):

Yes Sir Ben, Looking good, looking good. Thats the best rear wheel in BMX. Nice ride.

  • John ( June 12th, 2009 at 10:14 am ):

Why the hell is he running Ti bolts with pegs? He’s not a small kid like some of us, that chain seems like a bad idea along with the bolts. I’m not really hard on pegs and I’d be sketched out by those bolts.

Also, wouldn’t having shoulders on the center axle for 14mm dropouts make a lot of sense? That way you don’t need adapters…

  • ben ( June 12th, 2009 at 12:24 pm ):

    Ooops, forgot the stem. Added.

Adapters work fine and are easily replaceable if by some fluke I mess them up. I have been running the same ones for over a year, damn, might be 2, and they are still as new as the day I put them in. I have also been running the Titanium G-Bolts for close to a year as well and they are still a straight as the day I put them in.

Like with any part when installed and maintained properly, they hold up and these have taken plenty of abuse. Like John said, I am not a small kid.

9T Ratchet Drivers, soon. Titanium I have no idea about, all of my stuff is pretty much one off custom. Ti is in the plans but still VERY expensive at this time.

  • dJ_XrHsToS_Aaron_FAN ( June 13th, 2009 at 4:00 am ):

    9t available soon?
    how soon?
cause the following month i surely want a new rear hub!

  • Jordan ( June 14th, 2009 at 12:24 am ):

when are the pedals comin out?

  • John ( June 16th, 2009 at 8:06 am ):

If the 3/8″ Ti bolts hold up that well, what’s the point in the 14mm rear axle? It does seem like the 3/8″ one would hold up for basically everyone.

  • S.Brothers ( June 16th, 2009 at 1:43 pm ):

    that rig is straight BANGIN’

  • Uriah ( June 19th, 2009 at 10:40 am ):

Whats up with the front pegs only?? Do you ride flatland?? Nice bike though!

  • Johnny ( June 19th, 2009 at 6:27 pm ):

since the halves for the jc pc’s are going to come in different colors, are they going to have translucent halves? and a release date would be awesome.
