I’ve been running the black pleg for awhile and love it soo smooth. My friend has one of these colored ones and it has been holding up just as well after a good 6+months.
Idunno bout all yall but i’m a pretty light guy(115lbs.)so a 48h rachet isn’t a neccesity and i ride street. My hazard v3 holds up to its abuse perfectly. All around good job on all of it, Odyssey!

I have had the turquoise plegs for about a month, i broke my back right one on a nose manual to smith (I missed my back wheel and slammed the peg). It cracked right where the steel ends (grinding damage must have weakened it). I recommend to odyssey/gsport that they either have a choice on the length of the steel insert or just make it longer. If the steel filled up the whole peg it would ad weight but it would increase the strength 100%. I still will use them because i have no choice at my local spot (cops). I recommend to others to get this but only if they don’t slam their pegs or do really hard stalls or grinds. other than that it is the hardest, strongest, fastest, and lightest plastic part i have ever had.

Hey Odyssey, you guys really should push this technology. Skateboarders and inliners wont talk shit to bikers for fucking up the ledges and ramps with these plastic pegs. every skater trips out on my pegs, and doesnt say shit when hit up the ledges where they used to almost fight me to get me to leave. now the skaters do as much, or more damaged to the ledges as i do. another thing, metal slides like COMPLETE SHIT on ledges! I would rather not have to only skate rails and put my precious nuts in harms way =)

Which one has lesser amount of tension per cable? supposedly, the reason odyssey has not come out with a 9t ratchet yet is because they want a quality product that also meets riders’ needs. 9t drivers are famous for breaking under loads due to such tiny bearings and that is why there are much stronger needle bearings in the 9t hazard driver.
