About the flipbook above:

RACE BIKE?! Yep, you read that right. When not doing ridiculous street lines, Aaron likes to occasionally hit up the dirt track and pedal as fast as humanly possible. This is his race bike.

  • Vesa ( August 20th, 2008 at 5:40 am ):

Sunday doesn’t make a race frame.

  • nyzvo ( August 20th, 2008 at 6:51 am ):

    he has spaceeeebars

  • keith ( August 20th, 2008 at 10:57 am ):

Aaron, you’re a better rider than I’ll ever be, and I’m sure you’ve got racing chops, but a 29-9 is about the worst possible gear to run on a race bike. Micro gears are harder to get going and put too much stress on the drive train out of the gate. Also, if a 25-9 is similar to a 44-16 in rollout, you’re basically running a 48-16, which is insane, unless you’re racing down Mount Everest. You’ve got to stop being so street and put an actual race ratio on that bike (which is basically a street bike…). I suggest a 47-17–slightly taller than a 44-16, but not as tall as a 45-16, and faster out of the gate. 29-9 is insanity. Your starts will be way better.

Clips? Eh. Do what you’ve gotta do, I guess, but seems like you could win on flats.

  • mg182 ( August 21st, 2008 at 3:47 pm ):

    this bike is soooooooooooo cool

  • theodore russell ( August 21st, 2008 at 11:56 pm ):

yea it looks sick but why not run the spacebars and the g sport rims
i would just cause both bikes would some wat have the same feel to them

i think its cool that even though he doesnt ride for fbm he still supports them and rides there frame i mean he could have jsut as easily ridden a different race frame thats cool of him

but anyways sick colors and nice ride aaron

  • retard ( August 23rd, 2008 at 8:41 pm ):

aaron use to race so dont worry about his gear ratio he nows what hes doing

    Aaron ты крутой,сахалин тебя любит

  • shane ( April 14th, 2009 at 6:15 pm ):

Maybe Aaron wants to try a new gear ratio and he might want to try new bars instead of his Spacebars, He probably wants this bike to feel different.

  • austin ( May 5th, 2009 at 7:50 am ):
