While it may seem that a metal peg has little technology involved, there is quite a bit that goes into the JPEG Light and JPEG Lighter. They are heat treated and internally machined to save weight. The lighter version is externally machined to even more weight savings. Even with all this lightening, the Jpegs remain heavy-duty street pegs that can take any abuse.
