Odyssey has been in business since 1985. That makes 2010 the twenty fifth anniversary of making the best BMX parts.

In 1985 the best parts had the coolest colors and catchy names. Other than a few innovative parts, BMX was in its infancy when it came to technology. We were learning as we went and tried to keep up with the riders and sometimes even lead the way. BMX parts these days are still wild colors but are judged on their quality, design, and strength. The expectations of bikes are almost ridiculous. Riders demand that their bikes take unheard of, and some say unreasonable abuse, and keep on rolling. Some will say that if it wasn’t for Odyssey the bar wouldn’t be raised as high as it is now. We have never been scared to be the leader in the last 25 years, and that won’t change going into the next 25.
